Position Overview
Are you an experienced Lead Nursery Room Supervisor? We are excited to invite a dedicated childcare expert to join our team on a full-time basis, working across four days at our nursery.
In the role of Lead Room Supervisor , you will mentor and support your colleagues by exemplifying your expertise and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy, allowing you to enhance your leadership capabilities and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Room Supervisor at Busy Bees:
Act as the third-in-charge at the nursery, collaborating closely with the management team. As a keyworker, ensure that each child's individual needs are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs or additional support needs. Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing developmentally appropriate next steps while supporting the staff team. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners. Most importantly, ensure that the environment is enjoyable and engaging for everyone involved.Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
