About the Role

As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to our children
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including managing staff rotas, budgets, and resources
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our children and staff
  • Working closely with our nursery management team to achieve our business objectives
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and support to our staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge
