About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Bristol Emersons Green Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and the achievement of business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery remains compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
