About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Bristol Barrs Court Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of the nursery.
- Ensure the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure their needs are met and they are fully informed about their child's progress.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A Level 3 Childcare qualification.Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.Excellent leadership and management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education.-
