Nursery Room Leader - Baby Room
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Storal. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Educators in the Baby Room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our youngest children.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of Early Years Educators in the Baby Room, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement learning and teaching objectives, ensuring all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences.
- Conduct regular team appraisals and provide feedback to support the growth and development of your team members.
- Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
- Ensure all record-keeping requirements are regularly completed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
About You:
- Level 3 or above qualification in early years education.
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
