In the role of Lead Room Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding the team by exemplifying your expertise and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy, allowing you to enhance your leadership capabilities and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities as a Lead Room Supervisor at Busy Bees:
Act as the third-in-command at the nursery, collaborating closely with the nursery management team. As a keyworker, ensure that each child's unique needs are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs or additional support needs. Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing developmentally appropriate next steps while supporting the staff team. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners. Most importantly, create an atmosphere of enjoyment and fun.To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience as a Lead Nursery Room Supervisor, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
