About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Storal. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Educators in the Baby Room, providing high-quality care and education to our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators in the Baby Room, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement learning and teaching objectives to ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences.
  • Conduct team appraisals and provide regular feedback to ensure the team is working effectively.
  • Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
  • Ensure all record-keeping requirements are regularly completed.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in early years.
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
  • Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
