Field Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Jewson. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Customer Onboarding: Support customers in setting up their new accounts, ensuring they start and continue to spend with us.
- Account Reactivation: Target dormant and lapsed accounts to reactivate them and increase sales.
- Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and improve profitability.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work with all functions and branch teams to ensure all opportunities are leveraged.
- Health and Safety: Comply with all EHS policies and procedures when on site.
