Job Description

Role: Senior Claims Handler

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 DOE plus £2000 annual bonus potential achieved quarterly

We are currently recruiting a dynamic and well-organized Senior Claims Handler to join our Fleet and Specialist product team. This individual will be proactively managing a portfolio of Fleet and Specialist claims, utilizing their expertise to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Fleet and Specialist claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Utilize expertise to resolve complex claims issues, providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve claim handling processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in claims handling, preferably in a Fleet and Specialist environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
