We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Specialist to enhance our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in elevating our marketing initiatives. We are looking for a creative individual with a strong enthusiasm for marketing to help shape our innovative campaigns.

Role Overview

The Marketing Campaigns Specialist at Pure will engage in various facets of brand communication, tasked with strategizing and executing impactful campaigns that drive results for both our B2B and B2C sales avenues. This position requires a proactive marketer with comprehensive experience across the marketing spectrum, particularly in physical marketing, and a genuine passion for promoting healthy food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of seasonal menu campaigns for both B2C and B2B channels, including design concepts, menu board creation, logistical planning, product descriptions, and team briefings.
  • Manage menu information and campaign content on our website.
  • Prepare the Menu Launch Pack for each seasonal campaign.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement design and communication updates in retail locations.
  • Oversee in-store digital displays, including menu board updates and campaign messaging.
  • Coordinate product and lifestyle photoshoots for B2B and B2C channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance our brand and boost sales.
  • Manage strategic campaigns across B2C and B2B channels, including wholesale, creating both digital and physical marketing materials.
  • Assist in managing social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring accurate and updated content across all platforms, including website updates.
  • Participate in in-store sampling campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in community management, including responding to feedback in our community portal.
  • Monitor the marketing inbox and respond accordingly (shared responsibility).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in-house implementing both physical and digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on B2C and a preference for B2B experience.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and analyzing their effectiveness.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in coordinating photoshoots.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and managing website updates.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
  • Organized and diligent, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, confident in decision-making, and willing to engage hands-on when necessary.
  • Experience in hospitality, food-to-go, restaurants, or food retail is a significant advantage.
