Key Responsibilities

As the Studio Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a seamless studio environment:

  • Support fee and resource management, conduct project evaluations, and maintain project management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ISO standards while managing office supplies.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, providing essential Health & Safety information.
  • Develop and uphold business procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist the technical team with logistical tasks, including travel arrangements and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and guest hosting.
  • Welcome visitors and manage incoming communications.
  • Organize team-building events and employee engagement activities.
