Tropicana Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the growth and transformation of Tropicana, a leading chilled juice brand in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand differentiation, innovation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a breakthrough brand growth strategy to shift the narrative from 'juice is juice' to 'Tropicana is THAT Juice'
  • Collaborate with the UK&I Marketing Director to create outstanding through-the-line communications plans that transform brand salience and differentiation
  • Partner with the head of social and digital and shopper marketing teams to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Own the performance of Tropicana in the UK, working closely with insights and category teams to stay ahead of performance drivers and recommend interventions
  • Drive consumer obsession and develop successful brand growth strategies that drive brand turnarounds and category out-performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in developing successful brand growth strategies and driving brand turnarounds in consumer goods categories
  • Highly developed digital and social knowledge and experience in delivering memorable brand experiences
  • Ability to work across teams, sometimes as lead, sometimes as input, with a focus on winning and flying together
  • Highly curious and consumer-centric with a natural passion for brands and a proactive interest in consumer trends and behavior
  • Wired for action, highly proactive, and willing to take calculated risks
