Tropicana Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the growth and transformation of Tropicana, a leading chilled juice brand in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand differentiation, innovation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a breakthrough brand growth strategy, leveraging strong insight skills and in-depth consumer and market understanding.
  • Renovate and innovate the Tropicana brand across packaging and product, and execute innovation in chilled juice.
  • Partner with the UK&I Marketing Director to develop outstanding through-the-line communications plans, transforming brand salience and differentiation.
  • Own the performance of Tropicana in the UK, working closely with insights and category teams to stay ahead of performance drivers and recommend interventions.
  • Drive consumer obsession, working closely with the Marketing Director UK&I and Insights lead to develop successful brand growth strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing successful brand growth strategies that have driven brand turnarounds and category out-performance.
  • Highly developed first-hand digital/social knowledge and experience in delivering memorable brand experiences.
  • Restlessness around winning in the market and delivering top-tier performance.
  • Ability to work across teams, sometimes as lead, sometimes as input, with the outcome of winning and flying together.
  • Highly curious and consumer-centric with a natural passion for brands and a proactive interest in consumer trends and behavior.
