Employment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to join our team at Recovery Focus. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with mental health problems and other chronic health conditions to find and maintain employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide careers advice and guidance to individuals to help them set and achieve their employment goals
- Offer support and training to individuals to develop their skills and confidence in the workplace
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with local employers and other relevant agencies to promote the service and identify job opportunities
- Manage referrals, assessments, and reviews to ensure efficient administration of the service
- Good understanding of the IPS model of working and mental health problems
- Excellent motivational, presentation, and listening skills
- Ability to travel in the local area and work outside of office hours as required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post-holder to work 37.5 hours per week. The post-holder will be required to be a car driver. There are 10 roles available, based in Woking.
