Job Summary:

Hott Source is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our print production team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Project Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of print projects, from initial consultation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the production team to ensure all work meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Quoting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee cost-effectiveness of projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns and production issues, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client trust.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on client accounts and project statuses.
  • Management: Manage and develop a growing team, setting a clear example.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a client services role within the print production industry.
  • Management experience.
  • Print production knowledge.
  • Team management experience.
  • Experience with estimating is highly desirable.
  • A knowledge of a range of print types, including digital, wide-format, and litho.
