Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide personalized support to customers, helping them to identify and overcome barriers to employment.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Offer coaching and guidance to customers to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure and sustain employment.
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of customers, using a variety of coaching strategies to ensure they are prepared for interviews and job searching.
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand customers' circumstances, preferences, and barriers to progression, and co-produce personalized action plans with sequenced interventions and development opportunities.
  • Employer Engagement: Identify the specific recruitment needs of each employer and undertake tailored pre-screens and group assessments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure that the service continues to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer care and a customer-focused approach.
  • Teamwork: Show a positive and flexible approach to work and colleagues, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience: Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proven track record of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
  • IT Literacy: Be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes, including 365 products and modern digital technologies.
  • Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, question, and build relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Show demonstrable creative problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging and overcoming any barriers.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate the ability to plan and organize workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
