Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Primary School

About the Role: Horizon Teachers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive Primary School in Havering.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a 1:1 basis
* Assist smaller groups of children throughout the wider school, across all year groups
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Requirements:

* Experience supporting pupils in EYFS, Primary or Secondary settings
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant
* Positive and friendly demeanor
* Ability to provide behavioral management in-line with the school's policies and procedures
* Pro-active attitude to ensure students receive the best experience available
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
