Client Relations Executive

Position Overview:
The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding a portfolio of clients
with a strong emphasis on acquiring new business and managing existing accounts. This role involves identifying opportunities for innovation
and investment to drive growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Drive growth across all sectors of the company, ensuring that sales objectives are
- Cultivate a robust portfolio of clients to foster enduring and meaningful
- Proactively engage with clients as necessary.
- Process sales orders efficiently.
- Generate quotes and follow up on their status.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and special non-stock items.
- Identify new sales prospects and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure targeted outreach to the right clients with offers, promotions, and special deals.
- Gather and share customer feedback regularly to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high customer service standards.
- Analyze competitive landscape from a sales viewpoint and disseminate relevant information.
- Oversee all client interactions through the CRM system to ensure comprehensive data capture and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring all relevant departments are informed.
- Identify client opportunities that contribute to the executive report.
- Share success stories, including major wins and new accounts, across relevant communication channels to enhance the company's profile.
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently and on time.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will likely possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience and deep understanding of customer engagement
