About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neighbourhood Management Officer to join our team at SLH Group. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective neighbourhood plans to improve the quality of life for our tenants and communities.
- Provide visible and accessible support and engagement to our tenants and communities through regular home visits and community outreach activities.
- Work closely with our estate management team to identify and address any issues affecting our tenants and communities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and achieve key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our tenants, community groups, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar neighbourhood management or housing role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Knowledge of housing and community engagement policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges facing our tenants and communities.
