We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Milk Education. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, community partners, and ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote Milk Education's mission and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, community partners, and ambassadors to ensure successful partnerships.
- Coordinate events and activities with a dynamic team of keynote speakers and brand ambassadors to drive engagement and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community initiatives, providing regular updates on key metrics such as participation, engagement, and long-term relationship outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community management, relationship building, or educational program coordination.
- Familiarity with the education sector and experience working with schools, youth organisations, or public speakers.
- Strong project management skills, capable of organising large events and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to track relationships and progress.
