We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Team Administrator to join our Contingent Talent team at Career Moves Group.
About the Role:
- Lead the compliance for on-boarding of new contract workers and ensure a stellar candidate experience.
- Source candidates for roles such as 'Partner Marketing Manager' or 'Software Engineer'.
- Upload job roles to the CRM system.
- Write and post job adverts.
- Respond to candidate queries via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Archive candidates no longer seeking employment.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with the Head of Contingent Talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months admin/co-ordination/reception experience – ideally in a recruitment/HR/sales/customer service environment.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Naturally organized yet flexible in leading a busy and variable workload.
- Solutions-driven, creative, and resourceful when solving challenges.
