Job Summary:

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior HR Director and Chief Finance Officer at Pendragon. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including travel planning, expense management, and communication production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage complex travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Produce high-quality communications, including letters, emails, memos, reports, agendas, minutes, and presentations
  • Manage the administration and processing of company expenses for the executive team
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • High level of IT literacy for managing various systems and tools effectively
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and dynamic changes with ease
