Role Overview:
We are in search of a Transaction Manager to join our Volkswagen dealership in Coulsdon. This role is pivotal in ensuring positive customer experiences through the sale of financing, insurance, warranties, and supplementary products.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent position is ideal for seasoned automotive sales professionals eager to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale of vehicles, financing, and insurance products while ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Provide strategic advice and support to Sales Executives, balancing the pursuit of excellent customer outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and evaluating trade-in values.
- Conduct monthly analyses of finance and insurance sales metrics.
- Enhance the skills of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Transaction/Business Manager role or a background as a Sales Executive or Sales Controller.
- Able to work efficiently under deadlines.
