Automotive Sales Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join our Ford store in King's Lynn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of excellent customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and advice to a team of Sales Executives on the sales process, balancing the need for good outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or in a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position within a franchise environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain a professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
- Excellent customer management skills.
