Automotive Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Manager to join our BMW Dealership in Salisbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of excellent customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules and guidelines.
- Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for good outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Requirements
- Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
- Comfortable working to deadlines.
- You have a professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
- A team player who can use own initiative and multi-task.
- Excellent customer management skills.
