Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our accounts team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts team, including filing, data recording, and correspondence.
- Send statements and reminders to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
- Verify and process information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts administration, preferably in a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
