Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the organization's leadership, including business coordination, managing all forms of correspondence, and handling telephone inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and personal inquiries related to services offered.
- Compose responses to correspondence and perform research tasks as required.
- Prepare meeting agendas, draft briefing documents, attend meetings, and create action notes following discussions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, or personal assistant capacity is preferred.
- Prior experience within a local authority setting is advantageous.
