Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and personal inquiries related to services offered.
  • Compose responses to correspondence and perform research tasks as required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, draft briefing documents, attend meetings, and create action notes following discussions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, or personal assistant capacity is preferred.
  • Prior experience within a local authority setting is advantageous.
