Exciting Opportunity for a Casualty Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Sacco Mann is recruiting a talented individual to join our client's Leicester offices in their public sector defendant team. As a Casualty Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of pre-litigated and litigated claims under the Highways Law, Occupiers Liability, Employers Liability, and Housing Disrepair.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in defendant litigation, although those from a claimant background will also be considered. Flexible working patterns are available within this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigation claims
  • Assisting on claims such as data breach, human rights, subsidence, flooding, and the Equality Act
  • Working with qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who have previous claims handling experience

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with previous claims handling experience
  • Between NQ - 2 PQE
  • Previous experience in defendant litigated claims
