We are seeking a highly skilled Qualified Lawyer with experience in Property, Highways, and Planning Law to join our team at Leicester City Council. As a key member of our Property, Highways, and Planning Team, you will provide secure high-quality legal services, advice on all aspects of property law, highways law, and planning law, and work closely with the Council's departments to support the Council's functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on property, highways, and planning law to the Council and other public bodies.
  • Work closely with other legal teams and areas to develop your skills and experience.
  • Attend and advise at Planning Committees.
  • Develop and implement solutions-focused property, highways, and planning law advice and support to the Council and other public bodies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Lawyer with experience in Property, Highways, and Planning Law.
  • Significant knowledge of Property, Highways, and Planning Law and practice.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and ensure the provision of quality, client-focused, and cost-effective legal services.
