About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales operations team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our busy sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, handling customer calls, and assisting with sales operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Process tenders, update and maintain various logs, and produce and dispatch contracts.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role.
Requirements and Skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
  • Proficient IT skills, including proficiency in contract management systems and report generation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
