About the Role

Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality, health, safety, and compliance programs across our estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Management Systems: Create and maintain quality management systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and environmental operating procedures (EOPs), tailored to the needs of our estate.
  • Conduct Regular Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Lead Compliance Initiatives: Act as the primary point of escalation for any issues related to quality, health, safety, and compliance, and lead initiatives to address non-compliance or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Site Teams: Collaborate with site teams to ensure they are trained on safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Generate Audit Reports and Recommendations: Generate detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions to address non-compliance or areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and Analyze Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, and compliance, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay Up to Date with Regulatory Changes: Stay up to date with changes in health and safety regulations, and ensure our company's policies are current and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality, health, safety, and compliance role, preferably within the facilities management or construction industry.
  • Strong Knowledge of ISO Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
  • Proven Experience in Conducting Audits: Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs.
  • Excellent Communication and Training Skills: Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
