We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Quality team and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of quality professionals to ensure that all quality-related activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure that our products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and investigations to identify and address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest quality and compliance requirements.
- Provide training and coaching to quality team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of leading quality teams and implementing quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP and ISO 13485.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze complex quality-related issues and develop effective solutions.
