Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive training to our warehouse and manufacturing teams, ensuring that all employees possess the essential skills and knowledge required for their positions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate essential training and mentorship for new employees during their initial twelve weeks to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Regularly update and enhance standard operating procedures, including conducting refresher training through observations and assessments.
  • Deliver training on critical factory floor skills, safety protocols, food hygiene, and health regulations in accordance with established standards.
  • Assist in the new employee induction process at the site level.
  • Maintain accurate training records for all personnel on site.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure training standards are consistently met through regular audits.
  • Evaluate and monitor learner progress through feedback and discussions.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Familiarity with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching individuals in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Previous training experience is advantageous.
