Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Line Work: You will work on a production line with household products, ensuring that products are packaged and prepared for distribution.
  • Packing and Wrapping: You will pack and wrap products, placing cardboard boxes on top of the product, and ensuring that all products are properly secured.
  • Warehouse Operations: You will move products around the warehouse using a pump truck, ensuring that all products are stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Performance Driven Environment: You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with tight deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Warehouse Experience: You will have previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment, ideally with experience in packing and production.
  • Training Provided: We will provide full training for those without warehouse experience, including a comprehensive induction program and on-the-job training.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all products are properly packaged and prepared for distribution.
  • Physical Demands: You will be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects, as required by the role.
