About the Role:

The Fitness and Pool Attendant will be responsible for designing and leading individual and group exercise programs tailored to different fitness levels and objectives, ensuring they are safe, effective, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead exercise programs for guests, ensuring they are safe and effective.
  • Provide exceptional levels of service by engaging with guests, addressing their fitness-related questions, and offering professional advice and motivation to enhance their overall wellness experience.
  • Teach clients proper exercise techniques and use of fitness equipment, offering modifications as needed to accommodate different skill levels and physical limitations.
  • Uphold rigorous health and safety standards by ensuring that all fitness activities and equipment use comply with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules, as well as inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and facilities.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills. They will possess knowledge of various fitness techniques, wellness trends, and health and safety regulations. First aid and pool safety certification is desirable.
