Role Overview:
As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate with an onsite team to ensure the seamless execution of training activities and the proper arrangement of equipment at our training center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare facilities for training sessions, which includes the physical handling of pallets and straw.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facilities post-training, ensuring thorough sweeping and clearing.
- Conduct cleaning of lighting fixtures, drainage systems, and gullies.
- Identify and report any defects or issues related to the facilities and equipment.
- Work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative.
- Dependable and trustworthy individual.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Physical capability to lift pallets and engage in cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in IT.
