Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment and Outreach Lead to join our Training Team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and outreach activities for our apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the full arrangements for all interview and assessment centres throughout the calendar year.
- Provide employability information, advice, and guidance to apprentice applicants.
- Develop a pipeline of applicants meeting Business Development targets and KPIs.
- Lead on Open Evening and attraction events at the MTC Training centres.
- Coordinate all STEM and outreach activities that promote our apprenticeship offering.
- Work closely with MTC Training marketing colleagues in the promotion of our apprenticeship programmes.
- Manage all recruitment platforms, such as National Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service.
- Manage a complex and varied caseload.
Requirements
- Fully competent in the use of MS applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision as well as part of a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Own transport is essential for offsite STEM visits and client visits.
