Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and screening candidates, and developing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development calls and client meetings to build and maintain relationships
- Candidate marketing and sourcing to identify top talent
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships
- Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Working to achieve targets and meet sales goals
Requirements:
- Strong sales and business development background
- Excellent customer service skills
- A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
- Ambition, drive, and a money-motivated attitude
- First-class communication skills
