The Role: Assistant Care Home Manager

As an Assistant Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our care home. You will work closely with the Home Manager and team to deliver high-quality care, maintain a safe and stimulating environment, and promote the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and HC-One policies.
  • Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, promoting their independence and quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
