Contract Manager

CV Library is working with a leading client in the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will cover across the West Midlands and will involve management of residential groundworks projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.
- Site Meetings: Attend site meetings with client and sub-contractors, produce accurately recorded minutes.
- Commercial Management: Work closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.
- Final Account Preparation: Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation.
Requirements:
- Experience managing residential groundworks projects is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
- Up to date qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.).
- Full UK valid driving licence.
- Company car or car allowance.
- Discretional bonus scheme.
- 23 days holiday, rising to a maximum of 28 days.

- Group life insurance (2X annual salary).
