Contract Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Shopfitting Specialist. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing contracts from tender to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project tender interviews and produce tender documentation, including tender programmes and method statements.
- Review and comment on Contract documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Produce project protocol documentation and arrange internal project kick-off meetings.
- Manage project commercials, including assessment of sub-contractor packages and negotiation of commercial and programme packages.
- Develop project programmes from tender programmes to fully functioning project programmes.
- Compile and issue Sub-Contract order documents and set up project cost/value reporting documents.
- Identify and maximise cost changes throughout the contract and agree variation costs with clients and subcontractors.
- Agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors and lead project teams throughout the contract.
- Sourcing of Site Management teams and site teams for relevant projects and regular site visits to assess progress.
