Contract Manager

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Director to join our client's senior leadership team. As a Contract Director, you will be responsible for leading the contracts function and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project tender interviews and produce tender documentation.
- Review and comment on contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Produce project protocol documentation and arrange internal project kick-off meetings.
- Manage project commercials, including assessment of subcontractor packages and negotiation of commercial and programme packages.
- Develop project programmes from tender programmes to fully functioning project programmes.
- Compile and issue Sub-Contract order documents and set up project cost/value reporting documents.
- Identify and maximise cost changes throughout the contract and agree variation costs with clients and subcontractors.
- Agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors and lead project teams throughout the contract.
- Sourcing of site management teams and site teams for relevant projects and regular site visits to assess progress.
