Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Director to join our team at Think Recruitment. As a Contract Director, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project tender interviews and produce tender documentation.
- Review and comment on contract documentation, including tender programmes and method statements.
- Produce project protocol documentation and arrange and chair internal project kick-off meetings.
- Manage the project commercials on a daily basis, including assessment of subcontractor packages and negotiation of commercial and programme packages.
- Develop project programmes from tender programmes to fully functioning project programmes.
- Compile and issue Sub-Contract order documents and set up and manage the project cost/value reporting document (CVR).
- Identify and maximise cost changes throughout the contract and agree variation costs with clients and subcontractors.
- Agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors and lead a project team throughout the course of the contract.
- Sourcing of a Site Management team for relevant projects and regular site visits to assess progress and liaise closely with site teams.
