About Prestige Nursing & Care Liverpool

At Prestige Nursing & Care Liverpool, we take pride in the quality of care we provide within our community. Our dedicated team has built long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues over the years. While our branch is conveniently located near the city center, we primarily serve various towns and villages in the Liverpool area. We specialize in a wide range of care services, focusing on exceptional home care and support for children and young adults with diverse needs.

Client Profile

Our client is a young woman with an acquired brain injury who is preparing to start her university journey. She requires a supportive companion to assist her daily, particularly with memory-related tasks. Her interests include fitness activities, participating in pub quizzes, and she has a passion for music. Ideally, her companion will be youthful, engaging, and share similar interests. While having a driver's license is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The role involves traveling between her home and the university.

As a companion, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact a young adult's life. Your commitment to fostering positive relationships with clients and their families is essential. You will focus on meeting their needs and prioritizing their best interests, enabling them to achieve their fullest potential.

Experience Requirements

While prior experience in care is preferred, we offer a comprehensive training program for those new to the field.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible shift patterns to accommodate your lifestyle.
  • Compensation at the National Minimum Wage for all training and shadowing sessions.
  • Direct work with our clients, avoiding agency placements.
  • Pension scheme participation.
  • Access to a Blue Light Card.
  • Complimentary DBS check.
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption benefits.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development.
  • Weekly salary payments.
  • Paid holiday entitlement.
  • Referral bonuses through the Care Friends mobile app.
  • 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance line.
  • Support from our local branch team and out-of-hours assistance.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Positive professional and personal references.

Compliance and Checks:

In accordance with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we will conduct Enhanced DBS/PVG checks, verify Right to Work status, and review references and employment history as part of our commitment to safe recruitment practices.

Note: Prestige Nursing & Care is unable to provide sponsorship for overseas candidates. Applicants must demonstrate their right to work in the UK and may need to submit an overseas police check if applicable.

Data Privacy:

By submitting your application, you consent to Prestige Nursing collecting and processing your personal data for recruitment purposes. For further details, please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice on our website.
