£12.12 per hour Mon – Fri weekly pay

9am till 4pm per day

Due to our clients preference, we require females only for this role

About Prestige Nursing & Care Liverpool

Liverpool branch prides itself on the care they deliver in and around the community, with colleagues and clients having been with us for over 15 years Whilst our branch is situated close to Liverpool City Centre, much of our work is in and around our towns and villages within Liverpool. We offer a variety of care services; however, we do pride ourselves on the excellent support and care we deliver, specialising in home care, and support work for children and young adults with an variety of needs.

What our client is looking for

Our client is a young lady with an acquired brain injury, she starts university in September (and will be living in halls of residence) she is in need of a companion to join her on a daily basis, to help with her memory. She enjoys going to the gym, pub quizs and is musically talented. Her companion ideally will be young and fun and have lots in common. Driver is advantage but not essential. You must be willing to travel between WA3 4NW (which is home) and Edge Hill University.

You will have the opportunity to make a huge difference in a young adult’s life. You will be committed to making a difference, this includes creating positive relationships with our clients and families, meeting their needs, and always having their best interests at the heart of what we do, this will enable our young clients to achieve their very best.

Do you need experience?

As much as this is preferred, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care.

We’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills A driver’s licence is an advantage Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
