About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Companion to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in Liverpool. As a Female Support Companion, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to a young lady with an acquired brain injury, helping her to maintain her independence and engage in activities she enjoys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to the client, helping her to maintain her independence and engage in activities such as going to the gym, pub quizzes, and music-related activities.
  • Assist the client with her memory and daily tasks, promoting her overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Develop a positive and supportive relationship with the client, her family, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and their best interests are at the heart of everything we do.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Good professional and personal references.
