About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom and Account Executive to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting our luxury interior brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showroom Management
    • Maintain a high level of presentation and organization of our showrooms at all times.
    • Ensure all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, showcasing our brands and products in an exceptional manner.
  • Account Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
    • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, working closely with our Business Development Managers.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our luxury interior brands.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with our marketing team to promote our brands and products.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Educated to GCSE A-C level as a minimum and/or equivalent.
    • Ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
    • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
