Job Title: Showroom & Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom & Account Executive to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Showroom Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of presentation and organization of our showrooms at all times.
  • Ensure all brands are fully represented and promoted to an excellent standard.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability with existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE A-C level as a minimum and/or equivalent.
  • Ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field and/or equivalent.
  • Formal sales training would be a strong advantage but not essential.
  • A passion for luxury interior design and knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • Highly self-motivated individual, with a positive outlook and ability to work under pressure.
