We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our PFI project in Newcastle.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all business objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints. You will also support the bid and business development process.

Key responsibilities include managing and maximizing operational service delivery and productivity, promoting quality assurance, service accessibility, and responsiveness. You will also be responsible for client involvement and feedback.

About You

Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, with a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs. You should also have knowledge of MSi systems or similar task management services, as well as experience managing PFI projects.

You will hold an IOSH Accreditation for Managing Safely In Construction or commit to gaining this within a timescale of joining the organization.

A valid full or automatic UK driving license is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
