We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at UK Mission Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering and Redirecting Calls: Respond to incoming calls in a polite, confident, and courteous manner, and redirect calls to the correct person or department.
- Message Passing and Post Handling: Pass on messages in a timely and efficient way, and ensure that incoming post is delivered to the correct person.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Organizational Tasks: Organize courier needs, order and put away office supplies, and receive and distribute incoming faxes and packages.
- Administrative Support: Carry out word processing, filing, and computer-based administration tasks, as well as maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with restaurant bookings, party planning, and sourcing/buying items for clients, as well as organize cars, drivers, and security as requested.
- Experience: Previous experience operating a busy switchboard and working in a customer service-related role.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, as well as a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Personal Attributes: Active problem solver, ability to recognize and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements, organized and methodical approach to work, positive attitude, team player, well-developed communication skills, happy and able to work autonomously, and flexible and adaptable attitude.
